7-2-03Okay, out of the blue someone IMed me and offered to be my submissive. That was weird, 'cause I don't think there is any where on the internet that says I'm a dominatrix. Or at least, not that I know of.
It was just a bizarre feeling, 'cause I didn't know what to tell the girl, yes it was a girl. Besides saying "hey, you can worship me if you want," I didn't know what to tell her.
I still feel fat... grrr. I want to lose 15 pounds, at least, maybe my mother was actually right and I need a breast reduction, pah! No way would I ever submit to allowing a doctor to do surgery on me, especially nothing so intimate.
There are all sorts of exercises listed to increase your bust size, but nothing for reduction. :(
7-10-03Nothing much has been going on here. Got a performance appraisal done yesterday, that pretty much sucked.
Worked on my webpage some Tuesday, so it's been updated. There is a table now that runs down the left hand side that shows what I'm currently reading and what I think about it.
Jen got to see Pirates of the Caribbean yesterday, she was singing (okay IMing) me a song that I know it was used on the website. She said that she saw one major flaw, didn't tell me what it was though, so I have to see if I can figure out what it was when we go and see it later today.
And tomorrow we (my father and I) will go and see The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen so that will be fun too.
ummmm. I'm having Chai Tea, yummy. ^_^
7-10-03 Well, let's see. Yesterday I went to see Pirates of the Caribbean. It was really good, I liked it. My father didn't think that he was going to like it, because he didn't like the previews for it, but he ended up liking it.
I did see the flaw that Jen mentioned, there are ways to get around it, but there would be precautions to take, that weren't taken, or maybe explained in a deleted scene or part of the script that was never filmed. I did find another flaw, but it involved physics, so I wrote that off as movie magic. There was another point in the movie that was never explained, but that could also have been cut from the script, or have ended on the editing room floor.
Otherwise it was a very good movie. I saw things that I really did like. The cannons, both on ship and on land, actually recoiled when they were fired, instead of just sitting there like they do for some movies. So that was very cool.
Tonight my father and I will be seeing The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. I'm excited about that, 'cause Peta Wilson will be playing Mina Harker. I haven't seen her in anything since La Femme Nikita was cancelled.
7-17-03 Tomorrow I'll be leaving at 8:30 a.m. to go to Killgore, Texas. I have a class there, we'll be going to see the Shakespeare Festival there. It'll be fun, I'll get away for a few days, see some plays, maybe get to swim. I hope that I get some writing done. Nothing happening this week.
7-28-03Well it's been a week since I updated, so lets see if I can remember everything that has happened.
First, on July 18, I went on the trip to Killgore, TX to watch some plays at the Shakespeare Festival there. One of my roommates was rotten to the core. She was very inconsiderate, and she seemed like a very nice person when I first met her. She wanted to sleep with the television on, the bathroom light on, and was always on the phone talking, even when the rest of us wanted to sleep. The person who I thought was going to be rude like this, was my other roommate, she was late and seemed very disorganized, but she turned out to be very sweet and nice. So I'm not a good judge of character.
The first play we saw was Arms and the Man by George Bernard Shaw. I think this is the play that I like the most. The actors were perfect, and the comedic timing of the actors was great.
The next play was The Hypochondriac by Moliere. I didn't like this play as much. But there were a few things I did like, there was one scene with a dance, a la Rocky Horror Picture Show, and there were vampires in it, the vampires were cool.
Our third play was Comedy of Errors by Shakespeare. This one was bizarre, because they had everyone dressed up like clowns, but... no one acted like a clown. And the people spoke really fast, so it was hard to catch what they were saying. And this was still the time in Shakespeare's career were he was rhyming his plays. So I liked this play the least.
The last play was King Lear by Shakespeare. I didn't really care for the play itself, and the actors were talking really fast again and it's a really long play. But I really liked the costumes. They were sort of a cross between Samurai and the Rivendell elves in the Fellowship of the Ring movie, only all in dark, drab colors, like blacks, greys, naturals. That part was cool.
So I had fun, at lots of great food, gained weight. But felt some what relaxed when I got back. I took July 21 off too, so I didn't have to go straight back to work and got to sleep some. My boss and his assistant were off teaching a class that week anyways, so I had a nice relaxing time.
I got to pack some stuff up this weekend. Today is the big boss's, supervisor, I don't know what to call him, retirement party. His last day is on Thursday.
OH, and my greatest news is that Jen got her airplane ticket! ^_^ I'm so happy. She'll be here on August 5th, around 4 p.m. Isn't that great? We should be leaving here on the 17th. That'll be fun.
7-31-03 YAY! Jen will be here in 15 days! YAY! YAY! YAY!
I had a dream that Jen and I were packing stuff… but then in the dream I realized it wasn’t August yet.
Tuesday on my way to pick my father up I was waiting in the line to get on to Fort Sill and the service engine light came on, I didn’t think anything about it at the time, I thought I’d just mention it to my father when I saw him. Then I was driving to the PX (AAFES, Army Air Force Exchange Service, aka Post Exchange, that I normally end up calling the BX for Base Exchange, which is what it’s called in the Air Force) and the temperature of the car jumped from the middle to HOT! So the water pump on his car went out. We also had to change the serpentine belt the next day. Poor car. It was leaking something this morning, I think it was anti-freeze.
WOO HOO! upstairs neighbor is getting sent to Korea. Am feeling very vindictive and hope he gets sent to the DMZ, and while he’s there I hope some North Korean solider who’s had to listen to communist propaganda all his life gets bored and shoots the neighbor… not to kill him, but to scar him for life.
I know it’s mean, but I really can’t stand him any more.
